A Legacy

The history of Surf Life Saving Tasmania has been shaped by the remarkable people who have given their time, leadership and expertise in service to others.

Our Past Presidents and Life Members have made an enduring contribution to our organisation through their vision, dedication and commitment to the surf lifesaving movement.

Their efforts have helped build the strong foundations we rely on today, ensuring Surf Life Saving Tasmania continues to protect communities, support volunteers and create safer Tasmanian beaches for generations to come.
