Surf life saving clubs

Surf Life Saving Tasmania is a volunteer-based organisation supporting safe and active communities across the state.

Our network includes 15 Surf Life Saving Clubs and 3 Volunteer Marine Rescue Units, working together to deliver patrols, rescue services, education and community programs across Tasmania’s coastline and waterways.

Our clubs are at the heart of Surf Life Saving in Tasmania. Each club is made up of local volunteers who provide patrols, training, emergency response and community programs tailored to their region.
