The National Leaders' Masterclass is an annual program for members aged 30+ years from a variety of backgrounds, who currently hold a senior leadership role in Surf Life Saving.

The purpose of the Masterclass is to provide participants with strategic thinking concepts and tools, as well as equipping them to better lead within their club or workplace. Masterclass will open new networks with other like-minded and passionate members from across the country who are committed to making a difference within the movement.
