Member Recognition Programs
SLST has a number of Membership Recognition Programs. These include;
SLST Club of the Year (NB 'Darkie' Wilson Award)
The Premier Club Award is awarded to the best life saving club in Tasmania each year. Clubs are assessed on their ability to carry out the aims of SLST in providing life saving services to the public of Tasmania. To this end the award is calculated on issues that directly affect a club’s ability to offer excellence in its patrolling services.
