This event focuses on fun, team work, promotion of participation and aquatic skills development through surf sports. Through the High School Surf League program, students will have the opportunity to participate in a range of surf sports both ocean and beach including swimming, board paddling, board rescue and relays, beach sprints, beach flags and ironman. We encourage all schools, to have a go and GET INVOLVED AND GET ACTIVE!
Students compete against themselves, the ocean and other school teams, in a safe environment that encourages participation. Teams are broken into two age or grade groups, Grades 7 and 8 and Grades 9 and 10. The event takes approximately four hours to complete from the initial team briefing, the competition and presentation. Small schools are encouraged to get involved, as we will were possible combine your students with other schools and make up composite teams.

SOUTHERN - Thursday 22nd March - 9.30am (briefing) - 2.30pm at Kingston Beach
