Officials
In order to be an official, you must first be a member of a surf lifesaving club, and over the age of 18. If you would like to become an accredited official level 1 officials courses are run on an annual basis. See our calendar for the next course. Level 2 courses are conducted as the need arises and are run in conjunction with SLSA and may reqire travel to the Mainland. Level 3 courses are conducted by SLSA.
Officials Recognition
Without officials there is no competition. Surf LIfe Saving Tasmania is currently reviewing the recognition of its officials some measures are being implimented as this is being written.
