The recent announcement that Penguin SLSC on Tasmania's spectacular North West Coast has been selected to host the National IRB Racing Championships in 2010 has created a buzz within the IRB racing community and the general public, with the states crews well and truly in training for next years big event. The return of IRB Racing to Tassie following a six year hiatus is a welcome edition to an already exciting season ahead. Tasmania's IRB Racing legends have come out of the weoodwork to not only don the racing gear again but to impart their knowledge on the states talented young up and coming IRB champions. Next years championships is certainly shaping up nto be an exiting, action packed event, the likes of which has not been seen for some years.
